Healthcare CISO Boot Camp | Nov 6 – 9, 2019
The Healthcare CISO Boot Camp is an intensive three and one-half day education program offered by Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) taught by a faculty of healthcare security thought leaders. Combining presentations, small group discussions, case studies and interactive problem solving, participants learn the real-world skills necessary to become a successful healthcare CISO.
Participation in the Boot Camp is currently limited to members of CHIME, AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA, and their direct reports (including Affiliates). AEHIS and CHIME Foundation representatives are not eligible to attend. Questions about eligibility? We can help! Attendees are eligible to earn up to earn up to 32 CEUs.
Registration fees and payment:
The registration fee for the CISO Boot Camp is $4,995.00. Space in the CISO Boot Camp is limited to a maximum of 40 participants. The registration fee includes all program materials as well as breakfasts, lunches, and receptions and group dinner.
Please note that payment due no later than October 7, 2019. If full payment is not received on or before October 7, 2019 your registration is subject to cancellation.
Registrants who cancel on or before October 7, 2019 will be issued a full refund of their registration fees. Registrants who cancel after October 7, 2019 and before October 14, 2019 will be assessed a $1,000 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Due to the limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after October 14, 2019.
Please note: Attendance is not transferable to another person or to another offering of the program.

The reservation cut-off is October 7, 2019. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY!
ROOM RATE: A block of rooms has been reserved for Healthcare CISO Boot Camp attendees at the special rate of $275.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current Arizona taxes of 12.57%
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 7-days prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
LOCATION: The resort is located approximately 20 miles from the Phoenix International Airport (PHX).
